Job Summary

Focused on reviewing complex business and high-net-worth individual tax returns, the full-time remote CPA Tax Review Manager will ensure accuracy and quality while providing strategic oversight without client-facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review complex business tax returns and HNW/UHNW individual returns for accuracy and quality
• Evaluate tax plans and strategies to ensure correct application on returns
• Serve as a technical resource for the tax team, enhancing overall tax quality and consistency across the firm

Required qualifications

• CPA or EA certification with strong technical tax experience
• Extensive experience in reviewing tax returns and identifying issues
• Deep understanding of tax strategies and their underlying principles
• Experience mentoring and supporting other tax professionals
• Preference for deep work over client-facing tasks
