CPA Tax Technical Manager

Job Summary

Leading internal processes and providing technical expertise, the full-time remote Tax Technical Manager will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while contributing as a subject matter expert on complex tax issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance existing client relationships while supporting revenue growth opportunities
• Mentor staff and deliver technical CPE to foster professional development and internal expertise
• Develop and implement tax strategies, staying current with regulations and sharing insights firm-wide

Required qualifications

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 6 to 9 years of experience in public accounting
• Current knowledge of relevant tax laws, rules, and regulations
• Proven experience in internal client and project management
