CPA Technical Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate, and document complex accounting topics and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Support contract reviews to align business objectives with accounting considerations
• Develop accounting memos and maintain effective internal controls over accounting processes

Qualifications and Skillsets:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in technical accounting, including public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Proven expertise in reviewing contracts and drafting technical memos
