CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join their Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and document technical accounting analyses for new and unusual transactions
• Prepare high-quality technical accounting memos and position papers for audits
• Collaborate with business leaders and external auditors to ensure accurate accounting for complex transactions

Required Qualifications and Education

• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 public accounting firm or in a technical accounting role at a public company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• Active CPA license required
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP with experience in technical accounting research
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
