CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company accounting policies in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage the preparation of Form 10-Q's and 10-K filings with the SEC
• Perform technical accounting research and prepare memos for new accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial reporting experience, including public company experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
• Active CPA designation or equivalent certification is required
• Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience with SEC compliant report preparation and filing
