CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting and documentation under U.S. GAAP
• Own accounting for key balance sheet areas and collaborate with product and development teams
• Build and maintain a bi-monthly cash forecast model for senior finance leadership

Required Qualifications

• CPA required; 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to apply guidance to complex issues
• Experience preparing technical accounting memos and cash flow statements
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Exceptional Excel and analytical skills
