CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager responsible for complex accounting matters and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and document complex accounting matters, including revenue, business combinations, and non-routine transactions
• Present and explain transaction implications to business partners and senior management
• Support external audit processes and assist in process improvements and regulatory filings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Actively licensed CPA
• 5-7 years of national public accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and industry experience with SEC reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
