CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to lead enterprise-wide accounting strategy and oversee complex US GAAP matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise accounting policies consistent with GAAP
• Provide research and analysis on complex transactions and accounting matters
• Present accounting positions and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting and GAAP
• CPA Certification
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP reporting and research activities
• 4+ years of public accounting experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm
