CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Technical Accounting Manager, the full-time remote position will lead month-end close processes, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and drive operational efficiency across accounting functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the month-end close for U.S. and international entities, ensuring accurate accounting for various financial activities
• Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation, addressing reconciling items promptly
• Driving improvements in accounting processes, including standardizing month-end procedures and identifying automation opportunities

Required qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and industry, particularly in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
• CPA strongly preferred
• Strong technical foundation in U.S. GAAP with hands-on experience in dynamic business settings
• Proficiency with NetSuite and familiarity with close automation or payroll systems is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to improve and automate accounting processes for scalability and efficiency
