CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex accounting projects remotely, the full-time salaried Technical Accounting Manager will oversee operational accounting processes, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical accounting projects, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP or IFRS and providing direction on complex accounting topics
• Collaborate with operational teams to streamline accounting functions and improve financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Manage special projects related to operational improvements and system upgrades, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification required
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and experience in accounting for complex transactions
• Proven experience driving operational improvements and process automation
• Experience with financial systems and operational system integrations
