CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented CPA Technical Accounting Manager, this full-time remote position will manage technical accounting areas, lead cash forecasting, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP while collaborating with a small accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting documentation and research under U.S. GAAP
• Own accounting for leases, debt, intangibles, goodwill, and internally developed software
• Build and maintain a bi-monthly cash forecast model for senior finance leadership

Required qualifications

• CPA certification required with 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing technical accounting memos
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Exceptional Excel and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
