CPA Transaction Advisory Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Advisory Services Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engagement teams on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects
• Supervise, develop, and train staff while evaluating performance
• Strengthen client relationships and develop new business opportunities through exceptional service

Required Qualifications

• Eight (8+) years of experience in a large accounting firm or applicable experience in corporate finance or accounting
• Five (5)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring, and counseling associates
• Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with experience in complex financial analysis
