CPA Valuation Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Valuation and Advisory team, the full-time CPA Valuation Manager will manage client engagements, refine product solutions for business valuation, and present findings to clients, all while working in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage valuations and streamline data processes while ensuring compliance with standards
• Engage with clients to review and present valuation and optimization reports
• Contribute to special projects and collaborate with product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Active CPA license preferred
• Valuation credentials such as CVA, ABV, ASA, or CFA strongly preferred
• 3-8 years of experience in business valuation or strategic accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
