Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting policies, processes, and internal controls for compliance and scalability
• Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
• Prepare the organization for IPO, managing technical accounting for complex transactions and collaborating with external auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
• At least 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with IPO processes, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance
• Expertise in technical accounting for complex transactions
