CPA Vice President Corporate Controller

Job Summary

Reporting to the CFO, the full-time remote CPA Vice President Corporate Controller will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions while managing the quote-to-cash process, accounts receivable, and ensuring adherence to US GAAP across consolidated operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring accurate order management and timely revenue recognition
• Oversee accounts receivable and collections, driving DSO improvement and managing customer escalations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial close processes, including preparation and review of consolidated financial statements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA strongly preferred
• Ten or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
• Experience in a private equity-backed technology or SaaS business strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS and international statutory reporting a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
