CPA Vice President of Advisory

Job Summary

To support the execution of financial due diligence engagements, the full-time, remote CPA Vice President of Advisory will lead buy-side and sell-side analyses, manage junior team members, and serve as a key client contact while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of financial due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings analyses and working capital assessments
• Direct and review the work of junior team members, providing real-time coaching and feedback to enhance their development
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS or a national advisory firm
• Proven ability to lead quality of earnings analyses and full-scope diligence workstreams autonomously
• Strong understanding of US GAAP as applied in transaction contexts, including EBITDA normalization and working capital mechanics
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required (active or eligible)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large, complex datasets
