CPA Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Leading financial operations for a growing global B2B software company, the remote Vice President of Finance will manage a small finance team, oversee accounting and compliance functions, and partner with the CEO on strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive staff on financial strategy and corporate planning
• Oversee all accounting, reporting, and compliance functions to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Consolidate financials across foreign entities and manage tax compliance across jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in software or technology companies
• Demonstrated experience consolidating financials across international subsidiaries
• Experience managing banking relationships and treasury operations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and internal controls
