CPA Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Controller to lead their global accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale the global accounting organization, including hiring and performance management
• Own the worldwide record-to-report cycle, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Establish and enforce accounting policies and maintain strong internal controls in compliance with US GAAP

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• CPA required, with prior Big 4 experience
• Experience with accounting systems and internal controls in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable accounting processes
