CPA Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Overseeing the company's accounting and financial operations, the full-time remote CPA Vice President of Finance will manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence while leading processes for financial close, audits, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Develop and maintain internal controls and compliance across all financial operations
• Lead the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• CPA required, with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
• Strong systems orientation with experience in NetSuite or similar accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
