CPA Vice President of Finance
Job Summary
To build the finance function from the ground up, the full-time salaried Vice President of Finance & Controller will oversee accounting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, reporting, and financial systems while partnering with the CEO and leadership team in a rapidly growing, PE-backed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the finance operating model across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and reporting
- Evaluate and implement ERP and financial systems while establishing workflows and policies
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement review
- Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury
- Demonstrated experience in building or improving finance systems and controls
- CPA strongly preferred
