CPA Vice President, Transaction Advisory

Job Summary

Leading the execution of financial due diligence engagements, the full-time salaried CPA Vice President, Transaction Advisory will manage buy-side and sell-side analyses, coordinate team efforts, and serve as a key client contact while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of financial due diligence engagements across various industries
• Manage the request list process and ensure timely delivery of accurate databooks and analytical workpapers
• Direct and develop junior team members through real-time coaching and feedback on deliverables

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS or comparable transaction environment
• Proven ability to lead quality of earnings analyses and full-scope diligence workstreams
• Solid command of US GAAP as applied in transaction contexts
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required (active or eligible)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort handling large, complex datasets
