CPACE Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPACE Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead evaluation and underwriting of lending opportunities, creating summary credit memoranda
• Prepare quote sheets, term sheets, and manage transaction processes for projects
• Collaborate with capital markets and portfolio management teams on financial modeling for CPACE assets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in commercial real estate underwriting
• CPACE lending experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and cashflow analysis
• Demonstrated project management skills in team settings
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize a significant volume of tasks
