Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated CPAP Customer Service Representative to work remotely, this full-time position will manage patient intake for durable medical equipment and respiratory products, ensuring timely communication and compliance with company standards while supporting multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and internal teams to address inquiries and streamline processes
- Process new orders, verify insurance eligibility, and manage documentation for patient setups
- Examine and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce processing errors
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with medical equipment and medical billing practices preferred
- One year of related work experience preferred
