Key Responsibilities

• Manage client needs and expectations for audit and consulting projects
• Coordinate resource allocation to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
• Maintain audit standards and oversee auditor staff performance and operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare auditing and client project management
• Minimum of 3 years mentoring staff
• Extensive auditing experience in multiple specialties
• Knowledge of AMA, OIG, CMS, and national coding and compliance guidelines
• Certification: CPC and CPMA or RHIT
