Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the PRN CPC Certified Billing Coder will prepare and submit billing data and medical claims, review operative reports for accuracy, and manage claim denials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies
• Review operative reports to ensure accurate coding and sequencing of diagnoses and procedures
• Manage claim denials and write appeal letters as necessary

Required qualifications

• CPC Certification
• More than 2 years of billing experience
• Proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 Coding
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
