CPC Certified Claims Processor

Job Summary

Responsible for processing claims and providing customer service in a full-time remote position, the CPC Certified Claims Processor will manage member interactions and group information administration while working 40 hours per week from home in Virginia.

Key responsibilities:

• Process claims and manage customer service inquiries related to member acquisition and retention
• Interact with members, providers, and employers to ensure accurate claims processing
• Maintain compliance with claims processing standards, including financial and accuracy metrics

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CPC Certification, related medical certification, or 5 years of direct claims processing experience required
• Minimum of 18 months of claims processing experience
• 2 years of administrative experience required
• 2 years of customer service experience required
