CPC Certified Coding Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Quality Reviewer - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform timely quality review of coded medical records and correct identified errors
• Maintain coding quality statistics and report findings to management
• Assist with coding audits and provide education to staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience coding Multi-Specialty records
• Detailed knowledge of ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding principles
• In-depth knowledge of Optimal coding policy and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
