CPC Certified Coding Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PB Coding Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coding functions and monitor departmental KPIs
• Assist in the onboarding and coaching of new caregivers, and manage corrective action plans
• Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve Medical Group objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS-P (Certified Coding Specialist - Physician) certification required
• Demonstrated experience in professional fee coding, including Evaluation & Management (E/M) services required
• Preferred minimum of two years of professional fee coding experience
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Previous Epic experience preferred
