Required Qualifications

University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; relevant experience may substitute for formal education or advanced degree
CPC certification from AAPC
Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables
Experience supervising coders, including coaching and mentoring
Experience supervising coding projects and collaborating with client coding management
