CPC Certified Coding Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Coding (EPIC).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical coding operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with coding standards
• Provide expertise and support for EPIC implementations and anesthesia module activities
• Monitor post-implementation coding performance and collaborate with teams to resolve coding-related issues

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health information management, medical coding, or related field preferred
• CPC certification through AAPC required
• Minimum of 2 years of medical coding experience preferred
• Experience supporting coding within anesthesia services required
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
