Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of coding and denials teams to ensure productivity and quality standards
• Direct and evaluate assigned personnel, including performance management and training
• Monitor coding-related payor rejections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate
• Certified Coder: CPC, CCS-P
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• Extensive knowledge of coding principles and third-party billing processes
