Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Coding (Remote) - Neurology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of the coding staff and monitors performance
• Reviews medical documentation to ensure accurate coding and billing practices
• Participates in compliance audits and performance improvement initiatives related to the revenue cycle

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding, as well as healthcare laws and billing practices
• Familiarity with PC applications, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• No specific work experience is required for this position
