Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi-Specialty Professional Coder - Hospital Primary Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately code medical records for various services and procedures
• Work independently and meet project deadlines while staying updated on coding rules
• Prepare coding reports and maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 5 years of coding experience in multiple specialties
• CPC or CCS-P certification required; CPMA, CEMC preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to meet production and quality standards in a remote work environment
