CPC Certified Education Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting learners in remote courses, the full-time CPC Certified Education Specialist will assist students primarily via email and occasionally by phone, acting as a subject matter expert in distance learning and customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Support learners in Practicode and other online courses by answering questions and providing guidance
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple email inboxes and responding within 48 hours
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to contribute to content updates and curriculum reviews

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
• 3 years of medical coding experience
• CPC Certification required
• Teaching/training experience preferred
• Customer service/support experience
