Job Summary

CPC Certified Medical Coding Manager, is a full-time position responsible for analyzing coding-related denials, implementing solutions to improve claim adjudication, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze coding-related denials and operational trends to identify root causes and process improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement scalable solutions leveraging automation and AI technologies to reduce coding-related denials
• Monitor coding correction workflows and ensure timely and accurate claims adjudication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required
• 3+ years of experience in Denials Management or Revenue Cycle Management required
• CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams required
• Preferred experience with denial prevention initiatives and coding technologies
