CPC Certified Multispecialty Coder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multispecialty Coder & QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high quality ICD-10, E/M, procedure, and surgery coding for orthopedic and urology specialties
• Educate providers on coding practices and serve as a resource for the billing team
• Maintain a minimum accuracy rate of 95% in coding tasks

Required Qualifications

• Coding credential through AAPC or AHIMA is required
• Minimum of three years of active E/M coding experience, including orthopedic and urology specialties
• Experience coding POS 11, 21, 22, in-office procedures, and x-rays
• Experience in other specialties and with EPIC is a plus
• US-based candidates only; must commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week
