Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Ops Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing projects within the Coding Business Services department, focusing on Professional Billing coding
• Perform in-depth analysis of current billing and coding activities and provide feedback for accurate charge capture
• Act as a liaison to providers and clinical departments regarding coding initiatives and assist with compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (relevant experience may substitute for formal education or advanced degree)
• 4+ years of experience in medical coding
• AAPC CPC coding certification
• Knowledge of IDX, Cerner, and AS400 software is preferred
• Master's Degree in a related field such as Finance, Accounting, Nursing, or Health Care Administration is a plus
