Key Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted education to physicians and coding staff focusing on Professional Fee coding
• Perform focused coding audits and in-depth chart reviews to assess coding accuracy
• Promote consistent documentation practices and support audit readiness initiatives

Required Qualifications

• CPC (AAPC) or CCS or CCS-P (AHIMA) certification required
• 3+ years of experience in Professional Fee coding across various healthcare settings
• Experience in physician-facing education and conducting chart reviews
• Knowledge of documentation standards and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally
