Job Summary

Managing Physician Coding Projects, the full-time remote CPC Certified Physician Coding Manager will oversee global and domestic coding teams while coordinating training and project development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Physician Coding Projects across various teams
• Coordinate training initiatives and project development for coding staff
• Lead and support coding teams on large-scale projects within an academic medical center

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• CPC certification from AAPC
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
• Experience managing coding teams on large projects
• Experience with project management in an academic medical center setting
