CPC Certified Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for auditing and training to uphold quality standards in clinical data and reporting, the full-time remote Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst will utilize their CPC Certified Quality Analyst credential to ensure compliance, support quality improvement initiatives, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and maintain expert knowledge of clinical chart review and auditing processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement efforts across the organization
• Perform analysis of reviews and consolidate findings for reporting to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Active CPC, CRC, or equivalent coding credential required
• Minimum of two years of hands-on HCC auditing experience; RN coder preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare plan quality improvement initiatives preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
