Job Summary
Seeking a full-time CPC Certified RCM Specialist to manage rejections and denials, escalate trends, and provide excellent customer service in a remote environment focused on addiction medicine and telemedicine billing.
Key responsibilities:
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits, and resolve claims processing issues
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and insurance representatives regarding claims and authorizations
- Manage a high volume of claims and tasks while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required
- Experience with medical software, insurance websites, and EHR systems preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word and Google Sheets or MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
