CPC Certified Risk Adjustment Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Director, Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Market and Provider Leadership to identify opportunities for improving coding performance and implement effective solutions
• Manage projects related to coding accuracy, including vendor assessment and coordination with clinician teams
• Serve as the subject matter expert on risk adjustment models and maintain a focus on coding compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in risk adjustment
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required; CPC and Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) preferred
• Knowledge of Federal laws and regulations related to risk adjustment documentation and coding compliance
• Extensive knowledge of CMS and AMA coding guidelines
