CPC Certified Senior Coding Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coding Associate - Customer Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze provider documentation and customer configurations to identify improvement opportunities
• Design solutions that enhance automation and efficiency while managing multiple complex projects
• Provide support and mentoring for new hires and colleagues, creating educational content as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required
• 3+ years of professional experience in Medical Coding
• Experience with cross-functional teams and direct communication with customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma preferred
