CPC Certified Senior Coding Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coding Associate - Customer Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze provider documentation and customer configurations to identify areas for improvement
• Design solutions that enhance automation and improve efficiency in medical coding processes
• Independently manage multiple complex projects and create informative presentations for various audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required
• 3+ years of professional experience in Medical Coding
• Experience in auditing medical charts and implementing coding automation tools preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
