CPC Certified Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privia+ Success Associate to provide ongoing support for enrolled providers and their staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor program key performance indicators on a weekly basis
• Aggregate data sources to create provider performance check-in decks and ROI analyses
• Track and manage resolutions of provider and staff inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management or client-facing experience in physician billing; coding experience preferred
• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) preferred
• Excel experience required; CRM (SalesForce) and data management experience preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or physician practice setting preferred
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
