Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Full Time Profee Multi Specialty Surgery Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records to identify diagnoses and procedures, ensuring accurate coding
• Meet productivity and quality performance requirements while entering coded charts in real-time
• Participate in team meetings, training, and industry forums to enhance coding education and practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Profee Surgery coding experience
• CPC certification is required
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPS, and CPT coding principles
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and reimbursement systems
• Must pass a coding proficiency test
