Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Professional Medical Coder specializing in Vascular Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality surgical coding for General and Trauma surgery cases
• Maintain knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding principles, governmental regulations, and third-party requirements
• Achieve and maintain a 95% accuracy rate in coding while ensuring timely processing of charts and documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of Vascular Surgery coding experience, including inpatient and outpatient coding
• CPC certification from AAPC
• EMR experience
• Must maintain professional credentials throughout employment
