CPC Chair

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight, the part-time CPC Chair will lead review committees, ensure compliance with procurement regulations, and advocate for process improvements while working remotely during a maternity cover from October 2026 to July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case reviews for procurement and asset management, ensuring compliance with Financial Regulations and established policies
• Facilitate Review Committee meetings, providing direction and support to committee members while ensuring high-quality outputs
• Develop and implement knowledge management initiatives and capacity-building programs for stakeholders involved in the review process

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree with two additional years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, project management, or contract management
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is desirable
• Experience with UNOPS regulations and rules is encouraged
• Certification in Procurement is a plus
