Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Implementation and Compliance Specialist will lead new implementation projects, manage reporting and data analysis, and provide junior-level compliance support in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new implementation projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders and conducting rule reviews
- Manage and execute various reporting requests while analyzing data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Research legislation and monitor changes to fee schedules to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation medical bill review
- CPC certification is a requirement
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the relevant industry is preferred
