Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle release of information account issues with internal and external customers
  • Process medical record requests and document inquiries in multiple platforms
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while meeting productivity and quality assurance expectations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • One year of experience in data entry, medical records, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
  • Ability to pass annual HIPAA examination and a 90-day ROI Certification course
  • Compliance with health screening and vaccination requirements as needed
